Processing Attestation Terms

Version 2026-08-24

The Merchant represents and warrants that all information provided in connection with this event, including information concerning the event’s activities, content, products, services, and intended use of payment processing, is complete and accurate in all material respects.

The Merchant acknowledges that PersAndra LLC, the platform, and applicable payment-processing providers may rely on information supplied by the Merchant when determining processing eligibility, routing, account requirements, payment availability, and related operational decisions.

The Merchant agrees to promptly disclose any material change to the event, its activities, or other information relevant to payment processing. A prior certification may cease to apply when the information or circumstances on which it was based materially change.

The Merchant is responsible for materially false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the Merchant or its authorized users. Such information may result in additional review, changes to processing requirements, suspension or restriction of payment functionality, processor migration, additional fees or reserves, account suspension, termination, or other remedies available under the Merchant’s agreement and applicable processor terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Merchant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PersAndra LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, assessments, processor charges, chargebacks, reserves, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of or resulting from the Merchant’s material misrepresentation, material nondisclosure, failure to update materially changed information, or violation of applicable payment-processor requirements.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms supplement, and do not replace, the Merchant’s other obligations under the applicable Merchant Agreement, Terms of Service, and payment-provider terms.
