These Terms govern your use of Hespera, a software-as-a-service event registration and management platform operated by PersAndra LLC ("PersAndra," "we," "us"). By creating a Hespera account you agree to these Terms.
What Hespera is
Hespera provides software that lets you ("you," the merchant, "Customer") build and operate your own branded event storefront — event pages, ticketing, door management, payments processing integration, and attendee communications. Hespera is billed as a flat, recurring software subscription.
Who holds the money
You are the merchant of record for sales made through your storefront. PersAndra does not take a percentage of your ticket sales and does not hold, custody, or transmit your customers' funds — payment processing runs through a third-party processor connected directly to your own account. Our revenue is the subscription fee only.
Cancellations & refunds
Your Hespera subscription may be cancelled at any time; you remain responsible for charges already incurred. Refund and credit policies for tickets you sell to your own attendees are configured by you, subject to Hespera's platform-level guarantee that a straight refund option is always available to attendees even where a credit option is also offered.
Acceptable use
You will not use Hespera to sell access to unlawful content or events, and you will comply with applicable law for the events and jurisdictions you operate in, including age-verification and content-moderation obligations built into the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
