That means you can advertise a transparent price instead of automatically passing an extra platform fee on to attendees. Applicable tax may still be added at checkout, and payment processing is still a real cost your own payment account pays — this calculator never pretends otherwise.

How people buy
Card processors charge their fixed amount once per transaction, not once per ticket — so a buyer taking two tickets in one order pays one fixed fee, not two. Defaults to 1, the most expensive assumption for you.

Hespera — payment processing (Stripe standard rate)
Hespera has no platform service fee to edit. This is the payment-processing cost modeled here — the source note below lists further Stripe charges (international cards, currency conversion, disputes) that this calculator does not model.

Sticker price, plus any fee passed through at checkout, averaged over an order of 1. Tax is not modelled and is not included — the advertised price is not necessarily the attendee's final charge.
