This policy describes how PersAndra LLC ("PersAndra," "we," "us") handles data on Hespera, our event registration and management platform, and on this marketing site.

What we collect

From merchants: account and billing details needed to provision and bill your subscription. From attendees on a merchant's storefront: only what that event requires to register — name or chosen alias, email, and (where an event's verification level requires it) age-attestation or ID-verification results from our verification vendor. We do not sell personal data.

Data minimization

Internal record identifiers (database keys, ticket and QR payloads) are randomly generated, never derived from personal information. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus any legally required retention window.

Payments

Card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never touch Hespera's own servers in plain form. PersAndra does not custody funds from ticket sales.

Sharing

We share data only with the vendors required to run the platform — payment processing, transactional email delivery, and (where an event requires it) identity verification — under their own privacy commitments, and never for their independent marketing use.

Your choices

Every attendee can opt out of broadcast emails with a one-click unsubscribe link, and can choose at signup between a random alias or a chosen display name for what other attendees see.
